Family Law

Pond Marsh Solicitors recognise that relationships are not always as successful as we would want. When a relationship breaks down it is often the case that both parties have either shared assets or children. In these circumstances, decisions are never easy to make, and can lead to disagreements between those involved.

We understand that everyone's circumstances are different, and many factors have to be considered in determining the right result. Whatever your individual circumstances, you can be sure that the advice and assistance we offer will be the best for you.

We aim to solve your problems quickly and as efficiently as we can. We will handle your problem in a confidential and sympathetic manner and give you appropriate advice. We will always try to resolve your problem amicably without recourse to court. However, if court proceedings are necessary we will provide you with robust but appropriate representation to protect your interests.

Please contact Pond Marsh Solicitors for specialist advice if you would like to discuss:

We can help any family member whether you are a parent, grandparent, other relative or friend.

We at Pond Marsh conduct cases in a constructive and non confrontational way. We show respect for family life and everyone involved in the process. We take into account the long term consequences of actions taken in the case as well as short term implications. We balance the benefits of steps taken against the likely cost whether financial or emotional. We handle our cases in an appropriate but proportionate manner.

If you wish to take proceedings, you may be eligible for Legal Help. This means that you may be entitled to receive public funding to help cover the costs of your case. Legal Help is something we would offer you at the first meeting.

If you are not eligible for Legal help, we do not charge for the first appointment up to 30 minutes.
